What has likely happened is that you clicked on "Request Credit Letter", then navigated away from the screen without filling in the information.  All you need to do is go back to your credit letter and click the edit button located at the top of the page.  Now, you may enter credits earned, upload documents, etc.  Now, your credit letter will contain all the information you need.To get to your credit letter, simply click on "My Documents" then the seminar you are interested in, and then "View my Credit Letter".  You will now be at the screen that offers access to edit the letter.
