Once you purchase your seminar documents and download them, we have no way of knowing if you have in fact utilized them to your benefit.  That said, we understand that sometimes, companies will decide against reimbursing you and it's only fair that you get your money back.  Since 2005 this has only happened 2-3 times.  We will give you a full refund if and only if we can verify with your payer that they are in fact refusing to reimburse your trip.
